I want to go to the clubs but found that club froZEN is the only club that allows people under the age of 21. Is it worth my money and time to go?

No it's not. ALL of the clubs are strict about IDing, (one of them IDed MY MOTHER to get in to see a band) and can spot a fake a mile away. (Since liquor is a big business, none of them are willing to risk their license and a large chunk of their income.)

Wait until you're 21.

Yes, coming to Las Vegas is worth it if you're not 21, you just have to know what to do. But it's not worth it to try and get in if you're not 21 yet. I've lived here my entire life and have had a lot of friends buy fake IDs and it has never gotten them in. Someone mentioned already, but the clubs are VERY strict about this, because it can mean risking their liquor license, which they DO NOT want to lose.

There are plenty of other things to do- go see the Bellagio fountains, the conservatory, go on roller coasters, eat out, go to concerts at venues that allow under 21, like the House of Blues or the Summerlin Pavillion. Plenty of the casino shows allow under 21 as well, just check before you buy tickets.

If you've already decided you're going for sure, my advice is to forget the 21 and over venues if you're not "of age". Too much trouble/risk. There's plenty to do in Las Vegas besides clubbing and gambling. We've taken our teenage son there 3 times now, and have all had a great experience!
Each hotel is like a mini city with its own unique restaurants, shopping, entertainment/concerts (yes, even for minors!) and - the best thing about Vegas, IMHO - people watching. There are amusements such as the rides at Circus Circus, Stratosphere, and NYNY and most other bigger hotels. If you're a trekkie, you might want to spend a few hours at the Star Trek Experience at the LV Hilton. Then there are the outdoor (FREE) things like the fountains at Bellagio, the Sirens at Treasure Island, and the Freemont Street Experience downtown.
Just a few suggestions, and there's much more....HAVE FUN!
