We are going camping. We have 4 lizards and 2 turtles. What can we do with them when we are gone? We cant take them with. We dont have A LOT of money to spend on a day care. No family or GOOD friends anywhere near by (we just moved to a new city) Whats the best option. Thanks in advance.

It depends on how long you are gone.and am NOT an expert but if it for only about 2-3 days i would just feed them high protein and decent vitamins and they just might make it.

Call vets in the area. Many vet techs and assistants also do pet sitting and may not charge too much to check in on them and feed them once a day. Make sure your lights are on timers and they should be fine. If you are only going to be gone for a few days, most reptiles can go without food just fine.

You shouldn't go camping or else your lizards and turtles will die.
Best wait until you have some new friends that live close.
or ask a neighbor if they can turn of your lizards lights and feed water and stuff like that

Bring a kiddie blow up pool or two small storage tubs and some bird net mesh pr hardware cloth to put over the top. Place pets in gallon water or milk jugs and poke some holes in the top for the journey.

If you are going for less than 3 days, the pet store has the type of food that last longer, so you don't have to feed it every day.
