She is the new manager. She tells me to do all kind of work while she can does it or help me. But she doesn't do it. She doesn' t want to work hard and if she works hard, she complaines like she shouldn't do that, do this while she tell me to do everything and I do it without complain but I has conflict in my brian. I work so hard but my boss just doesn't want to do anything except use power and authority to use me. So I don't respect the way she works. Then she rush me to work faster like she does while she works less job than me. Right now I do everything she tell me to do and never said any word.

Talk to her and let her know how you feel. I used to have someone working for me who absolutely hated me. He finally told me one day how I was making him feel. We made some adjustments and he loved his job ever after.
