I like all thunderstorms except for the ones that rage in my body after eating Mexican food.

I won't mind them if it weren't for our dog. She is so afraid of thunderstorms she pants, paces and shakes, I feel so sorry for her. SO if storms come in the middle of the night I bring her out into the famliy room turn on TV and sit with her so she calms down and the hubby can sleep.

I can stand them if there isn't any high winds. That freaks me out cause I think there is a tornado around the corner. I seen a funnel cloud actually coming down when we were on the highway. Thank god we were driving away from it.

Yes. The cracking of the lightening is so cool.
My boyfriend and I love sitting on the back porch watching them. It's a pretty big covered porch, so we don't get wet.

No. Used to, as a kid. Then, went thru a tornado in a mobile home, and developed a phobia.
Now, I can handle the storms, but am still not happy with them.

Yes, but the Pacific Northwest never has them - many people don't know that. It just drizzles here with no thunder or lightning.
