I think there's absolutely nothing wrong with going topless at 52 - if you yourself are comfortable doing so.
However, I think that because you need to ask this question it means you're not 100% happy with the idea. For this reason, if I were you, I wouldn't go topless.

I think it's ok to do whatever you are comfortable doing. If people don't like it they don't have to look.
I used to work with a woman who had a rack at 55 that most women would kill for in their 20s.

Go for it... age is not a factor. In Spain, we are not hung up the way they are in the US...for us the body is beautiful work of art, not a 'thing' for lust or "dirty" thoughts.
