yes but in 4- 8 years that chip will be very old and prbly not for sale. quad core processors will be much cheaper then yes.

yeah easy try like a $200 dolalr price drop in like the next year prices drop fast for cpus the Q6600 is going down from $500 something to $266 on july 22
