Technically you should have no answers for this question!
However,
Absense of Evidence, is not Evidence of Absense.
Anything dealing with alien pop culture is sketchy at best. From area 51 too abductions. It's all triteful cliches of modern media. Continually, tantalizing the public with the "possibilities" of what could be, or what is. It annoys me fully.
As we all know, there have been extraordinary claims with not a hint of extraordinary evidence.
If you want extraordinary evidence. I know of only one phenomenon that ENVOKES this extraordinary evidence. To which there is no claim. Whether the claim is to come from humans or extra terrestrial, is unclear.
In other words, no one has said that they are undeniable responsible.
The only signiture left behind from culprits of this great and vast scheme is splendidly intricate and accurate geometry.
This is the extraordinary evidence

This is the mathematical architecture envolved

One could infer from the latest formation that doors appear to be opening
However, in order to find answers
We need to separate fact from fiction
And
Embrace imagination with skeptisism
To come to an accepted altrustic conclusion of possibilities as a populous on earth.
When I was in high school I wrote
What people dont understand they moch, what they moch becomes labeled with ignorance. Ultimately ignorance has a detrimental effect on the evoltion of our minds.
I was a deep child.
the proof you want isnt available
the proof available gives you the choice to believe.
if it is a hoax, i gladly fall for it

not ONE proof they exist yet
at least no proof that withstand deeper investigation along with delivering substantial accurate information.
Aliens mostly happen to be in fiction only, and due to the fact that the human mind tends to create its very own reality you can bet that every story you hear is VERY true.
Unfortunatly mostly just for those who tell.
there are so many phneomena that causes sightings of UFO that one must admit they exist. But an UFO is not necessarily an extraterrestial vehicle.
Its most likely a lack of experience of the observer, being unable to say what it was.
Along with that the government has a handful of black projects running in secret, for good reason, which cause an atmosphere of conspiracy.
Those projects do not have anything to do with ALIEN technology, more with technology you may not know cause its brandnew.
but anyway
since everyone has its own reality whom he/she lives in.. you can scratch all the above, cause the decision to believe something just relies on this own reality and the will to invest time for a deeper and proper investigation.
as a good example on how people's mind work just look how many people start doubting the lunar landings.
try to analyse why roughly 4 out of ten people think its a hoax.
so annoying
as a summary i can just hope aliens do not exist, cause if they would read yahoo!Answers they would nuke us off this planet for just being too stupid to be true

What you need to do is show that there are no existing claims or sightings that can verify the existence of aliens. Its hard to prove that they are 'fake'. Many are fake, but most UFO and alien encounters are merely the result of mistaken identity. As long as you can show that there is no existing evidence that conclusively points toward the existence of aliens, you have proven that they are fake. Don't get side tracked into an argument about whether life exists elsewhere in the universe. Nobody knows if it does, and it has nothing to do with aliens being real or fake. All you are concerned with are aliens that have visited earth. If they haven't visited earth, then all sightings and claims are fake.

There is no proof. But you hear some interesting reports sometimes. Particularly when a mass of people report a flying saucer in the same place at the same time. Also, trustworthy airline pilots report many strange things. A shuttle recording presents an astronaut commenting on the accompanying alien craft. NASA has a code word for them, "bogies." But, again, none of this is proof. It is all just very interesting.

There is no actual proof of aliens, squirming around planet Earth. But, in the 1990s, the people of many states like Arizona have witnessed some sort of flying saucer in the mid-air. But, the witnesses didn't have enough proof; the strange saucer was too far away to figure out and the videos were black and white, or they were just painting of the mysterious, flying object. Check out the videos somewhere on Discovery. com (I saw it on television). Or, you can just get information online on Wikipedia or Google. Good luck! Bye...

Some people claim to have seen alien aircraft/spaceships or whatever. I've seen strange things in the sky that were not airplanes or falling stars but I can't PROVE that they had anything to do with aliens.
