First of all, the ones with no swing tags are not worth anything. The tag on a TY Beanie Babie is what gives it it's value. Secondly, if your tags are not in "mint condition" (no wrinkles, creases, or bends) then they are not worth much at all. Most TY Beanie Babies are past their glory days with high price tags, and chances are more often than not, you won't make back what you paid for them. Places you can sell Beanie Babies include Amazon as well as E-bay. You can also consider marking a box with a single price, and selling them at a garage sale. I highly recommend investing in tag protectors for the hang tags for your beanies, as if the tags become damaged, it really depletes the value. You can also consider donating the beanie babies to a place like a children's hospital, charity store, or other charitable organization to receive a tax write off. Finally, you should store them in individual plastic bags or containers, and then store those in a large plastic container, such as a Rubbermaid container. If you are a smoker, you will have a hard time selling them, as the smoke smell really absorbs into the bodies of beanie babies and can depreciate the value. Also some people won't buy beanie babies that come from homes with pets due to pet urine smells and pet hair.
All prices listed are for beanies in MINT condition that means they do not have marks, smoke smells, pet hair, dust collected on them and that their tush tags and hang swing tags are in MINT condition. These are approximate prices, there is no GUARANTEE that you will make this much on each beanie babie, these are just the "average" for the beanies you mentioned.
These prices are in no particular order, you did leave a LONG list after all:

I have listed the prices for the no swing tag ones as $0.00 because that's generally what people are willing to pay for a beanie babie without a swing tag. Occassionally, you will find someone willing to pay 95 cents of the total worth of the beanie, I've listed those prices in parenthesis:
Ally: no swing tag $0.00 (possibly 95% of $5.19)
Seamore: no swing tag $0.00 (possibly 95% of $17.95)
Mel: no swing tag $0.00 (possibly 95% of $3.99)
Doby: no swing tag $0.00 (possibly 95% of $4.00)

Depends how many you've got. The proper beanie babies, you could probably get about £4-£5 each on eBay. And if the Teenie Beanie Babies are still in the packet maybe £1-£2 but if they're open, then not as much.

Oh, good lord!!
Goto the bookstore or library--there are several books on beanie baby value
Remember though the actual value of any collectable is what someone else will pay you for it.

Go to the library and get a book on the subject, look them up yourself. Just ask the reference librarian.
Either that of just Google the subject.
If you put them on eBay, you'll find out real quick which is the most valuable.
