my friend wants me to buy a thong but i think they look really uncomfortable! what do you think? are there different kinds that are more comfortable?

I started wearing thongs when i was 14 and i can say that they are the most comfortable thing ever. i literally can't get them off. i say go with calvin kline, NOT victoria's secret cause therirs are too high cut. thongs are great for summer and guys love them. it might take you a wile to get used to it but put some effort

Personally, I don't like them, something rubbing on your bung, seems smelly and uncomfortable, especially if you have had kids. My sister tried wearing them after having kids and you know when some women have kids it gives them hemorrhoids. Before you say gross, it is a reality and NOTHING to make fun of, they are painful and can't be helped when pushing kids out it just happens. Now these things aren't always fl aired up, but when my sister wore a thong, it caused hers to and very painful. I think it is tacky when a girls thong is sticking up out of the jeans. But really it is personal taste. I only wear them with dress clothes if I don't want a pant line, but any other time, I really don't like them.

They aren't as uncomfortable as you'd think, unless you buy one that's too tight lol
Try a G-string instead of a thong. They're amazing if you wear a lot of tight jeans or skirts.

they r good and bad
good coz there's no panty line showing and it looks sexy
but bad coz at times it digs into ur "thing" and feels uncomfortable. and since it goes right in, it can cause irritations or accumulation of sweat. germs can also use the thong string as a bridge to move from the butt hole to ur vagina causing infection.
my advice is wear it occasionally only.
but the choice is urs.

you can barely feel the lace thongs...but don't buy a like a string thong..they might disappear..the word thong doesn't necessarily mean that its dental floss there are many many kinds that are comfy..like lace!

there are a variety of thongs and trust me they are not as uncomfortable as they may look.

okie...i wear a thong and if it was ^ to meh...i wuld wear a V-String or a G-String i dont prefer thongs cuz u can still sometimes see your outline in tite jeans...but if u dont wear tite jeans go ahead but if so go wit the V or G string

I thought that too.
They are amazingly comfy.
It really doesn't feel like you have a wedgie all day.
Just get one and try it.
Get a couple styles and see which one is for you.
