The tree came with the house but we have no idea what type of palm it is

looks like a fully grown bangalow palm. its hard to tell because they look pretty similar.

Looks like a Fan Palm - one of the Washingtonia's. I don't think it's a windmill as they tend to have furry trunks.

Possibly a windmill palm. Not hardy in all areas but it looks like its been there a while so you are probably ok.

hard one go to the nursery and ask one of the professionals. it is very nice looking, however.
