I have this really awesome turtleneck that looks great with my hair, but I don't know what pants I should wear. I am a 15 year old boy, just so you know.

okay, great loose fitting faded jeans in grey or blue
converse in black or blue or maybe red
a leather jacket, either bomber or just regular...in faded brown or dark brown
a thick wool scarf that is two toned in black and whatever ur turtle colour is. or if the turtle neck is black try sable or grey
and dont forget the ultra cool aviator glases with gradually fading brown lenses.

A guy who wears turtlenecks!?! Where have you been all my life? Lol.
I'd say that some good long khaki pants would definitely do the trick. Either that or dark skinny jeans. ABSOLUTELY NO SHORTS OR CAPRIS ARE ALLOWED. That's a HUGE fashion no-no.

For a casual look dark corduroy pants, no shorts, Converse hi-tops. The color of the pants is dependent on the color of the turtleneck.For a more dressy appearance, dark creased dress slacks and a blazer with dark leather shoes.
I love turtlenecks on a guy. Gives me a chance to run my fingers through their hair when they take it off. LOL!

do not wear the same color pants or shorts at all
wear khakis
or you could wear some dark slightly baggy jeans
