The Eiffel Tower is over 1,000 ft tall - 1024 ft including the antennae on top. It rests on a surface in Paris that is about 170 feet in elevation, putting the top at an elevation of about 1,200 ft.
Mt. Everest, on the other hand, is over 29,000 ft tall.
Therefore, Everest is taller.

Mount Everest is higher 29,028 ft approximately 5-6 miles high (and still growing) This mountain is on a converging fault which is when two faults collide into each other which pushes the mountain higher. Eiffel tower is only 984 feet high and will stay that way, unless something takes it down besides erosion.
