I'm Sara, I'm 5'1" and my measurements are hips:36 waist:26 and chest:39.5. I am 113lbs.
My bra size is 32F. SHould I get a reduction? Obviously, they're too big for my frame, and theyre always causing me to slouch and I am very self concious because no matter what i wear, my chest looks fake and whorish.

If you have back pain or any health problems you would greatly benefit from a breast reduction, and you could get it covered by your health insurance!

I was a 38J and went to a 38C in Feb 2006, insurance paid for my $8,000 100%.

I do not regret it one bit!

This site helped me out a TON:

Yes, you should. And, not only does it cause you to slouch, but your breasts will sag more as you get older and really look horrible and be worse if you decide to get one later. My niece had your similar body type, but she was a 34 butt and 38 chest. She is much, much happier now with a 34 chest and she does looks perfect! Now, she can actually wear dresses. My girlfriend also had a reduction, but I don't think they did it proportionally to her body type. Her breasts ended up being smaller than her stomach and hips, which emphasized her stomach (she has a jelly-belly). Although, she's totally happy with it, and I'm happy for her, I personally think it is a little disproportional. If you get it done, I would tell the doctor to give you a "C" cup and that would be proportional.

Oh you poor dear. I had a friend that had large breasts and she was very, very self-conscious. She also had back and shoulder problems because of those big ole' things. She had breast reduction surgery and got herself down to a nice C cup and she was much happier, her clothing fit her better and the back and shoulder problems went away.

I would find myself a very good plastic surgeon and tell him to do a reduction to fit your weight and frame. If its a good surgeon, he should have computer programs that can show a picture of you prior to reduction and after reduction and you can make a determination from there.

lol @ fake and whorish, I'm sure that's an incredible exageration. Fake breasts look totally different that large real ones. If you're young, you're just not accustomed to your new body yet. Give it a few years and you will get used to it, also, no offense but you are about 8 pounds over weight. Not saying you should but if you were to lose 8 pounds or so, I'm sure you would drop a cup size at least

But honestly, you just need to slap the hell out of yourself, there are millions of girls who wish they had your problem! You should actually consider yourself lucky and be proud of them!

You should wait till you are fully grown. if you are then you should talk to your mom and if she says its ok then talk to your doctor. your doctor may say that you should wait till your older, because there are serious risks.
