Before I answer this question, I want to state that I know how to speak English y Espanol. As for my opinion to your question. No. I believe that in the United States, English is and should remain the superior and only public language. I also believe that every American has the right to go to another country and call the people that live there foreigners.

Learning 1 or 2 new languages only gives you an opportunity to go forward in the road of life, especially if you plan to travel.
It would be quite interesting!

yes, because unless you have isolated yourself, you will always run into people that speak a language different from you, and if you are in the business world, or even if you work anywhere that you see tourist, you are going to bump into someone who does not speak the same language and knowing a different language can help you relate to others, as well as make your business and you job run smoother and be more successful

Yes because I alreay know two but I wouldn't mind learning a couple more just for educational purposes

I see no reason to need another language in my life, although in today's society, it is almost a prerequisite. I can speak alittle of four or five, but it is just something I picked up over the years.

well it depends on where u are. like here in new mexico a lot of people speak spanish so it would be very good for the people who speak english to learn that.

Yes. We need to remain an international prescence. To do so, we need to be study at least one foreign language in school. Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, doesn't matter.
By the way, those of you already HERE in the US need to master ENGLISH now.

I know two languages. Armenian and English. I don't think we should learn spanish cause there is NOOOO point in learning it. It's not like im going to talk to some mexican dude... Hola como estas? NOOO PPOINTT.. ah these teachers should die.
