Yes, and there are women in these professions as of now. What's wrong with it, are you a sexist or afraid a woman can do the job better. It's not that there more masculine, it that history has made this perception of these professions. So are you saying you also don't approve of women in political office, or in the armed forces. Which are also male dominated professions?

it doesn't matter if it's a masculine job or not, if they have the strength, can do the job, can pass the test and background check and have the education and are of age, I don't see any good reason why they shouldn't be able to do any of those jobs. Women have been in the military for many many years in all countries.

Lumberjacks, no. FireFIGHTERS and police officers, yes. There are many fields to work in, in construction it would all depend on which one. I would love to know what a 'masculine job' is though you sick sexist pervert.?

We've got lots of them in Scotland and do the Jobs every bit as good as men. So what makes them male occupations? Women have always been involved in them in various places in the world.

firefighters and police officers are ok, but lumberjacks and construction workers have too much heavy lifting, not that some women can't do them, but not a lot of them can

They're only masculine in YOUR head. Women fought long and hard to have the right to do any job they want. Go back to the 60's.

I think that they should be allowed to, but companies should not especially try to get more women in those jobs to make it equal. Most women would just rather have a more social or artistic job.

They need to be tested for their toughness just like men are. If they pass the tests, they can have the job. That means they have to do their push-ups with their knees off the floor just like men, and have to be able to carry the same equipment as the others.
Some men are weak too, and they should not have those jobs either.

Sure. I couldn't care less whether it was a man or woman doing the job, provided they did the job properly. One thing I cannot tolerate is a woman trying to shirk her responsibilities because of her gender. If women want to do the same job, they have to do it. No privileges.
