How quick do you let it go?

I get steamed up when people complain about things, but then don't do anything to fix them. I think people need to be more proactive about things that they are concerned about. This world would be a less angry place if people actually stopped complaining and actually took action to make it better.

I hate it when people complain a lot. Especially when they complain about pointless things. I just don't see why people have to do that. Then when people don't keep their promises. I'm a forgiving person. That can be my weakness. To be too forgiving, but its a hard habit to break. I guess its a good thing I can let things go and not hold grudges for very long.

stupid a**holes, beligerent drunks, road ragers, abusers, rapists, the stupidity of the government--and a lot more things. I vent and let it go. Most times I cannot do anything to control these people, so avoiding them is the best trick. Hanging onto the anger only hurts me, it does not affect them.

How quick do I let it go? Depends....If I am stuck behind the idiot, then it takes awhile. If I can get away, then not so long. Maybe a few mins.

I let a lot get to me. I let go of things I am angry about pretty quick, but I vent first.

Hmm.. nothing necessarily. It's just the fact that people do things that make me mad. Like nosey people. I don't like stuff like that.... but I don't let go easily. I always remembered what this person did to me. I don't know.. It's simple things.

When people are really controlling and they won't leave you alone. Like if you are watching TV perfectly happy and alone and they walk in and start talking to you and asking you if you REALLY want that light on and it's like YES, if I wanted the light off I would have turned it off. lol
Maybe im still a little pissed lol

when people expect me to fit in and tow the line to which I say chaos is beauty and order is madness. it takes me several minutes to come down after dealing with an anal person
