According to http://worldcat.org, this book about the German military forces was written by WOLFRAM WETTE, and it showed a 2002 edition being sold at www.amazon.com for $79.95. When I looked for a 1940 edition, it said there was none listed. So, if your edition is authentic, it could be worth some money. If your hometown has book appraisers--or even antique appraisers--you might start there.

I suppose you are asking because you are looking at the one on ebay: http://search.ebay.com/Die-Wehrmacht_W0QQfromZR41 which is priced around $64. I looked in completed auctions for one and found none.
