a problem i have observed with any unit using a condensate pump is that the unit will start making a lot of water and the condensate pump didnt come on when it should have, this caused the unit to shut down,,,,some more water kept dripping into condesate pump and it pumped the water out but the switch that should turn your unit back on didnt reset...now has it done this more than once...how did you get it to work the other times...

You will need to add more information.

Does the room reach your desired temperature? the system is functioning properly.

If the room does not reach your desired temperature, you will need to inspect & clean or replace the filter, check and possibly clean the indoor and outdoor coils. If this does not help, you will need to consult a competent, licensed professional AC repair company.
