let it grow out for about 2 days then shave. repeat.
It should take a few years.

Depends on what youre shaving there my friend. But, heres a clue. Shave-no hair. No shave-hair. Thats kinda the way it works.

Shaving makes no difference to the rate of hair growth.
By the time hair becomes evident on your skin it is already dead. It is like cutting fingernails - makes no difference to growth or thickness.

at least once a day. i shave my legs every day (have for years), and it grows so fast now, that if i shave in the morning, by the end of the night its already stubble again
