Pick your college based on what you want to do for a career. I am not sure what flavor of religion you are or if you are looking to go to a religious school but here are some that come to mind:

Bob Jones
Liberty
Baylor
Eastern Nazarene or one of its counterparts
Southern Methodist or one of its sister schools
The Bangor Theological Seminary at Husson College in Maine

And FYI there are many Junior colleges that offer full scholarships for cheerleading and other activities, if money is a concern. You could attend one for a year or two, earn a great gpa and record and apply for a transfer to another school later on.

Good luck in determining where you wish to go. :^)

I'd say that the Fly On The Wall was right on. Apply to several mid-level universities, state and private. Your ACT isn't bad, and it looks like you have some good extracurriculars.

You should also consider applying to some "back-up" schools as well. You can check on Yahoo!'s Education website for basic statistics on schools (data is from Peterson's I think). These summary pages for each school will tell you things like what % of students are accepted, average SAT, ACT, GPA, etc. The URL is below.

Good luck!!!

You could go to a midlevel state university with some effort. I just looked up "Western Michigan University" and their incoming average GPA is a 3.3 (thats a little higher than yours) but only about half of their students have ACTs of higher than 22.

Your extras will make up for the 0.3 in GPA.

It would help if we knew where you want to go geographically.
