well... I mean historically, terrorism has always been the tool of the poor, enslaved populous of any nation against a technologically and/or numerically superior foe...
our own Boston Tea party was a very mild form of terrorism... and some of the swamp fox's actions could be said to be as well... in our own Revolution...
of course these are milder forms compared to much of what is going on in our world today...
so... to answer your question... when everyone is happy with all government's of the world... don't hold your breath...

Its been around for a very long time and had different names. Some were called freedom fighters, but when you boil it down, terrorists kill everyone and don't care who you are, kids, old people, bystanders and such.
You cannot negotiate with them, look at Israel and the PLO. For all that Israel has given up, they still are being attacked. The only thing that a terrorist understands is force. Unless we get serious and begin to exterminate them like a common cockroach, they will still be around dealing out misery.
We need to go where they are and wipe them out cause if we don't go there, they will come here, again, and again. How many bodies do you think would be piled up if say, the Galleria in Houston was hit???? A Super Walmart??? A major sporting event, like a Dallas game???
Yes, we are losing troops, that is the life a soldier has chosen to follow, lets give them the tools and the green light to do what they are trained to do, kick butt and take names.

Terrorism it be come a hobby to Muslim radical, terrorism will diminish if Muslim parents put a life value to there kids and teach better things in life, and not to blow them self like an animal to sacrifice to a cause, maybe than no more terrorism around, Innocent kids are believing by blowing them self doing Allah's work, it is very sick ,that is the truth, weak up there is no 72 virgins waiting for you in haven, since your are not heading that direction.

no because terrorism comes in all different forms and from all different groups of people.
we have not been able to stop racially-based terrorism (EX: skinheads, black supremecy, ect) in our own nation and that has been going on illegally since the 1800s.

We can seriously slow it down and interrupt their attacks, and we can make it harder and harder for them to attack, but there will always be attacks.
