I am not quite sure what you are asking. Chavez is a dictator he wants to completely control the country. If you want to know if he is good or bad for Venezuela ask those who have fled the country. Presidential candidate John Edwards was criticized recently by former Venezuelans for befriending Danny Glover (a friend of Chaves).
