I had a wonderful nap. Love naps, I think they are eventual to good and happiness. Wouldn't be good if we were more like other cultures who take naps every day.

yes i did.. thank you for asking.. i'm presuming this question is being aimed towards me.. and it was a good nap, i was having weird dreams but all in all it was a good nap and provided me the energy necessary to pull a late night at the lake.. there were even fire works.. yay for canada day!!

It was lovely!! I even got to wake up slowly and not by the telephone or the dogs deciding I'd slept enough.
It's very difficult to stay asleep when your face is being "cleaned" by a very persistent dog, who grumbles at the same time.
