any flexability stretches? i cant get my legs all the way up there. i almost have my splits...So anybody out there...HELP!! :)

You need to get your splits. After you get them, have two friends lift your legs off the ground while you sit in the split.

You can also lie on your back, straddle your legs and pull them down to the floor.

Another flexibilty strech is called V-ups. They're like situps, but instead lift your legs and your upperbody, your legs in are in a toetoch motion.
