E is correct as written.
C is correct, relative to people in the spaceship.
Relative to the earth, metabolism would slow, aging would slow, time would slow, and mass would increase.

You make a statement as to einstein being wrong because of what you believe IF you could prove what you say is correct then einstein would be wrong But every experiment has shown einstein to be correct Just making a statement does not make him wrong, evidence does. The fact that you ask Lola to elaborate cos you dont understand means that you do not have a clue as the WHAT einstein said or proved about the speed of light, or ANY of the experimental evidence that supports the fact that the speed of light is constant "isn't that light technically traveling faster than light according to another galaxies point of view" IT aint traveling faster the light either technically, in your imagination, or any other way

c) metabolism and mass remain constant
e).aging, RELATIVE to earth, would slow down .
These two are correct. d) is not correct as e) is correct.
a),b), are are not correct as c) is correct.
c) is correct becasue
With in the space ship, the physical laws remain the same.
Nothing special can be observed.
We have to consider a) and b) only if C) is wrong
C) Would have been wrong if it was stated that ‘with respect to earth, the metabolism and mass remain constant’.

I know that E is true. If there are more then one answers then I would have no idea.
The theory says basically, that once you reach the speed of light, time stops, which why in science fiction movies, you need to travel the speed of light in order for time machines to work (back to the future, you needed a lightning bolt to power, etc)
