...enter 5 whole #s which r the total # of library books borrowed by students on 5 successive days & stores these values in an array.After the last of these values has been typed in by the user all 5 input values should be displayed in the output document,each on a separate line.Note that it is assumed that the user will input whole #s this doesn't need to be checked.I should modify the code in such a way that the title,variable names,output messages & so on,reflect the change in the nature of the application.

Home work? And stuck? You have a long way to go!
You want 5 values. Why do you have an array of 12 fields?
You have a variable called "month" that will represent days...
Just change titles, variable names and array length as you teacher asks.
If you can't do this, I suggest you abandon the idea of becomming a programmer.
