I don't think you need a nose job, I can't see anything wrong with your nose, it suits your face and you look pretty as you are

I think you are pretty and if I were you I wouldn't touch my nose. Your nose looks completely fine to me. It fits your face and if you change it, you probably won't look like the same person after wards. That would be weird. My only suggestion is wearing lighter eye makeup. Light blonde hair should always wear brown eye makeup, not black. Black tends to look dirty on light haired people, especially if you are under 16.
