You need to lose weight along w/eating right and lifting light weights with high repititions. If you dont lose the weight off of them first, you will build the muscle underneath the fat in your chest. So you would need to lose the fat and build the muscle together. Cardio and weight lifting with low weights and high reps. Emphasize the cardio. Hope this helps and stay with it, it will pay off.

First, flip your fridge out of a 2nd or 3rd story window. Then start a serious change-of-lifestyle diet. Then, take up running. After you get your weight down where the boobs aren't as noticeable, start working out with weights.

Just keep exercising and eat healthy (try to cut down on meat). It doesn't happen over night. And it probably wont happen in a while.

Ok, everyday, jog for a half an hour, lift weights for fifteen minutes, do push-ups, sit-ups and mountain climbers for fifteen minutes, go for an hour long walk and eat really healthy foods. Do this until you see your M.B.'s gone.
