People do not like these films because they view them as propaganda, yet not a single lawsuit has been filed against Moore or his film company because...?

Then why not sue Rush, Ann Coulter, Al Franken, Bill O'Reily, and many many more???
You can't sue someone for having different views. Bush and Kerry didn't sue each other. 2004 was the dirtiest campaign ever in history of US. They debated and ran for office.
Moore films doesn't even come close to other commentaries and opinions.

It's hard to believe, but Moore put research and facts and proof in to his movies. That's why a lot of people don't like them. Because they expose the stupidity that is going on in this world.

Just return from view "Sicko" and think it was terrific and hope it gets attention on the television news shows. People are sick and tired of the crap the corrupt connection between the us congress, the white house and the malignant health care industry. i realize now it is much worse than i thought. and i thought it was rotten and my last two doctors are sobs. time to realize this corruption must end. nobody offering to ride that horse. the leading candidate in all polls would come in and pour gasoline on a bonfire of the national treasury. god help us.

Freedom of speech though a lot of opinion makes it into his "documentaries" as he only argues for one side. the facts he presents are pretty accurate anyway and even if you could sue for it you'd prob lose in court as he makes enough money on his films to fight a serious legal battle.

Moore should be really appreciated for bringing to light the stuff too many americans want to keep in the dark!!!
I, for one, think he should continue with the exposuring of many practices that he brings to our attention. we need this information and he works hard to bring it to us.
