Between Black, White, and Red Magic. Or do they work "together" as a whole?

Black magick is considered to use the dark arts and white is considered to only use good, however many believe that the magick is only dark if the person has that type of personality and whilte if the person has a kind nature, with some arguing that true magick is neither white or black because life is not black and white, the world is both light and dark.

I've never heard of Red magic outside of Magic the Gathering the card game...Something i gave up years ago, and I haven't opened a booster pack since then...

Magick itself isn't color coded. It just is, it's the way the human mind can influence and affect the universe..

The color coding comes from people who work magick...trying to add a system of classification to magick, which, most times, has at it's heart, a system of ethics or morals. So, Black Magick, is often considered bad, white magick is considered good, then usually they have a grey class for anything they can't fit into the other two classes.

This system is really just another way of imposing an idea of order onto what usually is just a chaotic subject...

There is definitely a difference between white and black magic.Just as the names suggest, they are complete opposites.White magic is used for unselfish means, while black magic is used for selfish means.
Red magic is a new one on me.

as i understand it a Red Mage uses red coloured mist or something to that effect and draws strength from fire or other means. sometimes it reffers to a hierarchy of skills colurs of robes. there are even green magics which draw from nature. white is usually non necromantic or does not deal with the dead but that is medieval interpretation. all of them could work together sometimes dealing with spirits can be a benign thing asking for advice.there are other magics in which people sens spirits outside of their bodies and fight evil spirits these could be added as well. dead people could have preservation spells placed on them and be given a spirit and heart with red magic .a specific kind of grey magic using fog, next, the brain could be reanimated by magic of the black kind returning consciousness.
