A male coworker of mine (whom I thought to be a good guy and still condsider to be a good guy) were talking (what about I can't recall). His response to something I said about "good guys" was, "There's no such thing".
I've had a female coworker tell me the same thing. Her brothers and husband used to tell her that you can't be nice to a man. But so far I have chosen to stay a romantic buffoon and believe that there is such a thing and that I should continue to wait it out, if you will.
My question is, if there's no such thing as a good guy then why bother being a good girl? Why bother waiting, why just not start having crazy, mad, wild fun? I want to hear from laides and gents alike.
Thanks.

Yes there are good guys out there! This is the biggest myth ever- no good guys, jeez.

Here's your problem (and theirs): There are too many loser guys out there that hide the good guys. So all you see are the losers. This is half your fault and half theirs (it takes two to tango). The good guys are good because of how they were raised, however, they aren't good at marketing themselves. Likewise, the bad boys/guys are, so all you see is them. That is the other half, your problem. Look beyond the flash and thrill and look for what's inside. Get to know the guy, he may just be that diamond in the rough.

Of course, there are good guys out there. Do you assume there are only good females? Hopefully, guys will start feeling more free and have the ability to express their inner feelings about life, love and relationships without being censored. We might all be surprised - the guys included.

Honey of course there are both good guys and girls out there, you just have to look for them. My pretty daughter never dated in high school. I thought she'd never find someone that would please her. Then one day she found the greatest guy in the world. They have been together for 13 years , married for 8. Never compromise on your happiest. The right person will come along. You've got to kiss a lot of frogs before you meet your prince/princess.

They do exist, its just nobody seems to care. I consider myself a good guy. I'm sXe, go to church, help out in the community, good with kids, never hit a woman, and all that stuff, but I notice most of the good girls seem to go with the bad guys for reasons unknown.

So yes, good guys do exist, you just have to know where to look.

good guys exists. stay true to yourself and don't compromise yourself just because you think you have to lower to the level of everybody else (ie why be a good girl? because it's ok to be a good girl, that's why!). a lot of people (A LOT) have been disappointed in love and so they are very bitter about it, and also have lost hope, but believe me, good guys exist, and they are well worth it (not just the nerdy types, but exciting types too). I know because I married one!

You are correct, there are no good men, but men like myself try to be as good as any HUMAN, not just man, can get. Don't get sucked into the sexist bull, there are good enough men to love. Be patient and you will find a good man, like myself... but not me srry! Lol

Of course good guys exist. But we're all at home on our computers because all the women shot us down.
