A woman typically won't feel her baby move until at least 16 weeks. The fluttering feeling that you are getting is probably just the extra blood flow to your uterus.

I felt fluttering in the middle of my fourth month. The fluttering was my baby moving. The further along I got, the more intense the fluttering became until the fluttering stopped & the true movement began. (rolling, kicking, etc.)

you know that is bullshit. When i had my first pregnancy i felt the "flutterings" (that you are feeling) at 11 weeks to. the baby starts to move around in you when you are only 8 weeks pregnant. so as the baby grows and right about now it is about 2 inches long you will feel it. It feels like you have butterflies in your tummy. Or like your stomach is turning. Even more likly it will feel like your hungry. (dont mistake it for you not being hungry believe me it sucks when you screw that up.) but it is totally normal for you to feel that when you 11 weeks.

if it feels like a kind of buzzing in your womb..its your baby moving! people will try and tell you that its too early but a very percentage of women will tell you that you can! every woman and pregnancy is different! you wont feel strong kicks yet as the baby is too small, but a light buzzing or fluttering sounds right! congratulations

It's gas. At 11 weeks your baby weighs an ounce and is about the size of a large peanut. You will feel it moving in the next couple of months. Good Luck!

I suspect they are you feeling your baby moving. Are you certain how many weeks gestation you are? Also, just because 'everything' says you shouldn't feel them until 15-16 weeks doesn't mean everyone has the same experience.
If you're concerned, please consult your doctor or midwife.
