4 and 20. Is this by chance some kind of lead-in into 4-20?

None. If I cooked blackbirds my PeTA freak neighbor would shoot me and bake me into a pie, the whole time saying "How do you like it?! Huh? It's very uncomfortable isn't it?!" and then serve me to his family for dessert on Sunday and they'll all be like "Yum delicious. What kind is it?" And he'll reply all shifty-eyed "It's neighborberry" :(
