Is there a little hole in the front of the cd rom? If so, straighten out a paperclip and stick it into the hole, it will be a drawer opening button.

Try shutting off the power and using a paperclip in the small hole on the face of the drive. You should be able to gently press in and trip the release. I have found when this happens it is because the drive door has been sprung. The disk was pressed down on the spindle with out supporting the bottom.

There should be a small pinhole on the face of the cdrom. Insert a paperclip into that hole. This is an ejector port for the CD. This should work.

OK try one of these.
go to my computer right click on the drive the disk is in and click open.
Or Kill the power to the compute and get a knife or screwdriver and pry the drawer open they are stronger than you think.
if all else fails pick it up and shake the crap out of it.

Power it down. Use a knife or similar sharp item under the corner to pull out the drawer. It wont kill it. I've never found the pin hole to work for me.
