Probably not, unless it has already been printed and sent to someone else, so is more readily available. You need to review the minute order, find out who the court reporter was, and contact them through the Court Clerks/Court Reporter's office... you'll have to provide the case/docket number, the case name, the date and time and location of the hearing... How long it takes to get it back depends on how backlogged the court reporter is. I don't believe they actually type out all hearings in readable English. Our reporters keep their steno-notes stored on hard drives... and only really transcribe them into readable English as the need arises.

The court stenographer keeps the stenotype tape. If there is no need to do a typed transcript, none is done. A typed transcript costs extra, and be prepared to pay for it.

I will not say that it is impossible to get a transcript before July 17th. Money can often work wonders.

I remember when I took Evidence Class in law school, Judge Shughart said that a court reporter makes more money than a judge does. Of course, the bulk of that money is for doing work for private clients needing transcripts.

Get on the ball and contact the court reporter. Keep in mind that if you need the transcript and it is delayed, you may want to request a continuance of your court hearing.

Go to clerk of courts office in county which you reside...there is a woman there that does transcripts of I know the district justice that is held over for county trial...
Also ask the secretary of your attorney if that is in your file and who the stenographer signed off on it
There usually is a stenographer group that does transcripts for the court
Clerk of court should have it as evidence in your file-you then will need your court number such as C then a number. They are very busy (ha ha) and will usually not help you over the phone. Again, go in person and one of them will show you how to locate the info on computer
Hope this helped

If you did not order a transcript at the last hearing, you are in big trouble. You're not likely to get the transcript in time to review it for a July 17 hearing. It might not be possible at all at this point. (In my home county, if you don't order a transcript at the start of the hearing, you don;t get a transcript.) Be prepared to pay double or triple to expedite the transcript if it's possible to get it at all.
