I think American Democracy is the best thing on the planet!

American democracy is doing OK - not perfect, but OK. The images in the links with your question have nothing to do with American democracy, rather they have to do with the way in which our military leaders have chosen to fight the so called war on terrorism. I have no doubt that in the future we will have to apologize to the world for our aggressions in Iraq, but for now I wait for the next election (that's democracy) so that I can hopefully vote for a candidate that has global peace as a priority rather than just "American freedom." Being a free American doesn't mean much when so many non-Americans are dying due to our actions.

American democracy will survive. As for your videos showing Muslim prisoners, don't shoot at Americans and you won't have to worry about that kind of thing. I'm sure the American guards would much rather be home than having to guard violent Muslim radicals. Don't you think that is true.

Our constitution is the greatest document ever written by man, for man. What you were watching was the enemy of that document. People who desire to destroy the innocents who live under that document. People who preach hate against that document, who teach their children that hate. People who wish to drown that document back into the stone age and turn it into a Islamic state. You wish us to be nice to them? Treat them with respect when they refuse to even fight in the open with a uniform? When they kill there own people who wish for the same freedoms of American Democracy? Whatever acts are performed against them in that video isn't good enough for me. Infact they shouldn't even be there, they should be shot on the battlefield. Thats the way America use to fight wars, thats the way we saved the world from Hitler.

Currently, it's a joke. Two people, elected by extreme elements of two parties run for president. Any 3rd parties are usually squashed due to election rules which the first two parties control. Then congress is more like a lordship with no term limits, and the ability to draw up your constituency to maximize their rule. Once elected, they get to take kickbacks from lobbyists while in office, then get hired by them to be lobbyists should they get the boot from office. It's a millionaires club.
