you do this:
-go to the aircompany to buy the ticket, and ask for an electronic one: you need the complete name of your friend in the USA, the port of departure in the USA, the date you wish your friend to fly and when to come back
-ask for a number of reference
-tell your friend the number of reference
-your friend can go to the office of the flight carrier and ask for the ticket

yes probably, you can buy a ticket that will be in your friend's name, then have it sent to him, or make it an electronic ticket. i would go to a travel agent just to make absolutely sure you get everything worked out correctly. but i have done that type of thing before.

i am sure you can but surely it would be easier for them to buy it in america. if you really needed to pay for it you could forward the money.
