Ladies, Midol doesn't seem to work for water retention? Anyone know of a good diuretic?

I use Diurex.

They have two types: with caffeine and without. I use the one without caffeine.

I use Water Factors. It works as well as a prescription diuretic, but has potassium in it. You can find it on Amazon.

avoid caffeine and drink water sounds contradictory but it really works
