I used to have one. I made the whole thing using HTML but I had software, just never liked it. I can tell you anything you need to know about making a site. Try Yahoo Geocities and it's like 10 bucks a month for a domain, and 2000 gb of bandwidth, and also a gig of upload space.

Yes if you are intrested in this i would reccomend you use geocities it is a free yahoo server for websites , it also comes woth a program called (pageBuilderPro) and it is a very simple ad easy program to use.

I've made 2 from scratch, without having any knowledge whatsoever.

I suggest using Dreamweaver by Adobe. It has tutorials that take you step by step.

There are tons of places you can make "plug and play" websites. Anyone can do it as long as they can read and follow directions.
