No, she did not, she was treated unfailry most people that had her same problem they would of only served 10% of what they had so maybe 4 or 5 day.
She was treated Unfairly.

In a country where OJ Simpson is walking free for murdering two people, I hardly think Paris and her 23 days in jail should even be an issue.

At least she did time, which is more than OJ did.

Forget she is Paris Hilton, no she did not. A "normal" person wouldn't get that long! They probablly wouldn't get jail at all! I think they should have made her raise money or something, condersidering who she is.

IN jail, or BEHIND bars. Behind jail puts her out in an alley.
And for violating probation with more offenses - yup.

more than 23 days in my opinion.... caught under a DUI three times! I got it worse for speeding tickets! Funny how the "justice system" works.
