when you orgasm your body might shake a little, depending on how intense it is you might get a little light headed as blood starts rushing in your body.
You vagina will tense and untense rapidly and you'll get really wet down there.
Make sure you're not mistaking pain with pleasure. You stomach (depending on how large or skinny you are) can get extremely tight in this moment. Also depending on how you are layi ng, standing, etc.
so in short, if you start to tingle all over, get light headed, and your vagina is quivering. Thats an orgasm.
