Why am I getting IM's from Italy?

Is anyone else having an issue with guys from Italy sending them IM's, being polite at first and then they start asking sexually explicit questions?
Is there some scam going on we all need to be aware of?

Yes...... so do not email back, just deleted the message. You might need to change your email address yes this is a pain to do but it can be done.
