I wouldn't, the puffers would pick on him.

Most dwarf puffers are laid back and won't bother other fish. I have one that I keep at work, and he is usually being chased by a butterfly barb. This rare barb has similar colors and pattern to the puffer, is similar in size and the puffer shows submission often. What ever you do, do not put in a bristle nose pleco. The puffer will mistake the bristles for worms and will attack your pleco mercilessly. A rubber pleco or clown pleco will stay small and keep your glass clean.

If the pleco is bigger, yes. Just keep in mind the puffers, dwarf or not, have little teeth and big attitude, and might just take a chunk of pleco when you are not looking. Plecos have a hard skin, but there would only be so much it could take.

Yes, but make sure the Pleco is very heavily armored and won't outgrow the tank... Common Plecostomus get 2 feet long... Have fun with the Puffers!
