because deep down he is telling you that you are a crazy nut and need to be physiologically altered in order for him to be with you.

You get upset because you don't need him acting like your parent. Do you need his reminder to take your medication? If not, tell you how you feel, without being upset. If you do, try to find another method of remembering, one which doesn't include him. Either way though, tell him that it's upsetting you.
Guys have the best of intentions sometimes, but aren't always considerate of others feelings.

Because you're an adult and dont need anyone telling you to take your medicine. You probably feel like he's talking down to you and patronising you.
Tell him how you feel and tell him you're more than capable of knowing when to take your own medicine.

probably cuz u feel partially ashamed? or imbarresed? or u just dont like people telling u what to do? i have to take meds an my boy would remind me ocnstantly. i would get so annoid! but then he stopped. it made me sad. he is trying to show u tht he cares. i would suck it up an listen. he will eventually stop if u get mad everytime. he is doing it 4 u.

Because you feel he's telling you what to do, as if your a child and perhaps part of you feels he's forcing you to. But really its just because he cares so much and doesn't want you to get ill.
