The rock, he beated hogan at Wrestlemania 18, he has more wrestling abilities, and on the mic.
To be honest, hulk hogan wasn't that great, he was the big star he was because there not great wrestlers back then.
If the Rock would have lives in the times of hogan, he would've been the best, and the big one in the wwe history
