...the ticket prices. $42.50 was the CHEAPEST available seat. I've never paid to watch a soccer game before but I thought that that was OUTRAGEOUS and as a result I'm not going to go. I actually prefer rugby but I'm on the verge of being a soccer football fan as well but this has tipped my scales in the other direction.

In your opinion is that a reasonable price to pay?

Father, I said I was a rugby fan, not an idiot. $450 for one nights entertainment is even more astounding (thanks for opening my eyes)

I'm an old school rugby union fan from the amateur days - I guess the world has passed my by.

I can admit that I'm a little cheap but I still think that the prices of sports tickets have gotten ridiculous.

I guess $42.50 isn't so bad after all...

Rugby & you,. ha, one match ticket of this year's world cup is 450 dollars. So start collecting some for the stay at hotel & your food, Rugby ain't Soccer or Basketball.

16 matches x 450 dollars + final tickets cost a lot more than anyone of us can afford.

i think that is reasonable; in fact, it's a really great price! i was searching for U-20 tickets for the Toronto location, and the lowest i could find was around $120.
