Charisma it`s not something you can obtain, it`s more something that you are born with. You can feed it by reading, exercising speech skills and so on but IMHO this is something that you either come with or you don`t

I think of charisma as personal magnetism or charm. That would be hard to obtain. I would try to be around other charismatic people and emulate what they do but put my own twist on it so that it would suit me and my life. Good luck!

Charisma cannot be obtained, but if you were born with it, you can enhance it by improving your image and education. For example, Clinton oozes charisma, but it is enhanced by our perception of him as a powerful person (i.e., ex-president), education (Rhodes scholar), natural good looks and pleasant (not overpowering) personality.

thats like asking "how do obtain artistic talent?"

Charisma is a natural gift. It cannot be taught. You are born with it.

Its sold in a small green bottle at wallmart labelled CHARISMA, and its on sale this week for $4.99.

Apply in moderation three times a day to the infected area. In no time at all you will be CHARASMATIC. Good luck.

Caution; Use too much and you will become a moron, moron.

Charisma is usually something you associate with natural talent, not something you really learn.

However I imagine that it is a charm and drive and leaderhip you have when you are really passionate about something. And it implies several things.

You have good social skills, you have good communication skills, and you have good sales skills...and you USE those things to further your cause, "bringing other people along" with you in your beliefs.

I used to think that too, that you either were born with it or not. But I learned that it can be developed by learning to focus your attention intensely onto other people.
The simplest way to put it is you consciously expand your "bubble" to include everyone you see. You make the same kind of eye contact with strangers as you do with people you like. You assume that you have their acceptance.
It's pretty much the opposite of what you'd expect -- you don't do things to call attention to yourself. You don't try to get people to like you. You don't even necessarily have to say much. It's more like your accepting awareness of other people draws them in and attracts them to you.
This even works for shy people. You can start off like you were playing a role, then just "fake it till you make it."

if you are speaking of the Holy Spirit, then you pray to Jesus Christ and ask Him to fill you with his Holy Spirit. If you are speaking of the personality characteristic, you attain it by finding reasons to like people and focusing on them. Eventually, your interest in others will draw them to you...Voila! Charisma.
