If it is constructive then I take it on board and it makes me think about how I could do things differently next time, but if it is delivered in a nasty way then it just makes me angry towards the person who said it.

I depends on whats getting criticized, If I work hard on something & I know its good, then some joker knocks it, Yeah that smarts a might bit. Its easy to tell when somebody is trying to be helpfull and when there tying to be mean.

I don't receive much criticism. I don't mind constructive criticism given tactfully but I get deeply upset by unjustified criticism.

Depends on who is saying it. If it is someone I value - then I take it as 'constructive criticism.' If it's not - then I just ignore them.

If it's constructive criticism then, yeah, I usually take it pretty well. If not, well let's just say that whoever's criticising me will get a mouthful. ;)

Most of the time I take it a little too personally. I don't mine when I ask for it though.
