C =1/ [2 π f Xc]
C =1/ [2 π (60)(663)]
C = 1/ [249,945∙1115...]
C = 0∙000 004
C = 4 µF

Xc = (1 / 2 π f c) F
c = 10^6 / (2.π.f.Xc) µF
c = 10^6 / (377 x 663) µF
c = 4 µF

C=1/(6.28 x 60Hz x 663ohms) = 4.003uF
