Yes...because you are disturbing the peace of your neighbors. People pay rent and common courtesy shoulb be displayed.

Yes! It is disturbing the peace- their peace! Why would the kids be jumping up and down in the middle of the night instead of sleeping?

If it disturbs the neighbors then yes they can call and report it and they can also inform the landlord about it. So it is best not to have kids do that.

yes they can u should not be doin that they r trying to sleep if u do that stop emedietly they might tell the owner and kick u out of the house
